People in these areas awoke to temperatures well below zero Sunday morning. RealFeelĀ® temperatures plunged to minus 50 to minus 30 F. Cities in the North Central states facing around the clock, sub-zero temperatures include Fargo, N.D.; Minneapolis; Rhinelander, Wis.; and Ironwood, Mich.
